This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for the task manager at (http://tasks.extraview.net). This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site.
ExtraView is the sole owner of information collected on this site. ExtraView only has access to information that you voluntarily give us when creating an account at the site, or that you provide us via email for support purposes or other direct contact. We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide this information to any third party.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

ExtraView takes significant precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Access to the Task Manager is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer support representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer servers in which ExtraView stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

In order to use the ExtraView Task Manager, you must first complete the New User Registration form. This is available at the sign on screen within both the Web App and the Mobile App. During registration you are required to provide your name, email address, and a password. This information is used to provide you with secure access to the ExtraView Task Manager. Note that your password is stored in an encrypted, unreadable method which means that only you will know what it is. If you forget your password, you can use the link at the sign on screen to reset it.
ExtraView may contact you about the ExtraView services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
We do not use permanent "cookies" on the Task Manager site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help improve your access to a site and to identify repeat visitors to the site. We only use session cookies to ensure your security when you sign on to the Task Manager site. These are deleted when you sign out of the site. We never use cookies to track any personal identifiable information.
